Yvrose has looked at the property in Jeremie Haiti for the church near the Judgment Tree (former) - the price is $10,000 - it has water on it and is about 4 acres ... a church can be build on it - a brush harbor startup will be good.
It will need a protective wall - Yvrose has plans already for a pond and park, etc.
This is a great possibility for purchasing as the other piece of land near it is about one acre and has a partial house on it that has to be rebuilt (no water) and he wants $70,000 - all this is in USD.
