We shall behold Him, and in Him we see the realization of all human expectation: A Leader that is greater than Moses, a Priest and King greater than Melchizedek or Aaron, a King greater than David, a Commander greater than Joshua, a Philosopher greater than Solomon and a Prophet greater than Elijah or Isaiah. He walks like a man, He talks like God Himself; His words are oracles, His acts are miracles. The crown of divinity rests upon His head. The scepter of universal dominion clings to His hand; the eternities flash in his eyes. Eternity is written in His face: BECAUSE:The smile of Jehovah transforms His countenance.

He is: the expressed image of God, His and our Father. Children cluster at His feet. Womanhood instinctively places the crown of purity upon His head. The winds obey Him. The trees and rivers clap at His presence. Violent seas grow calm at the mere sound of His voice. The dead forget themselves and live. The lame leap for joy; ears which have never heard thirst at the sound of His voice, and sightless eyes deny their past and open their drooping eyelids to the beauty of His presence. Mouths that cannot speak sound off at the very mention of His name. Agonizing pain, once capturing their host, vanishes at His touch. All of our God-given senses awaken whereas they may have been once dead!

He sits upon a white horse and His name is: Faithful and True: – His eyes are like flames and upon His head are many crowns. Out of his mouth proceeds a sharp sword, that with it He should smite the nations: and He shall rule them with a rod of iron: and He treads the winepress of the fierceness of the wrath of God, the Great Almighty.

The very name of Jesus stands alone in itself. God has given Him a name of which is the name above all names. No creed can contain Him, no catechism can expound Him, flesh of our flesh, He is the very God of our very God.

HE is: The Son of God – the Last Adam – the Word – the Light of the world – The Lamb of God-the Lamb without blemish or spot – the Lily of the valley – Messiah – Yeshua – Jes-zus – Jesas – e’E’o’o’’o’ (Russian) -- NO matter what color our skin is nor our culture is or how we pronounce His Name – He is: the same to everyone of us. He is: The Fairest of ten thousand – Highest of the highest – the Alpha and Omega – the Chief Corner Stone – Champion of love – Light of the Gentiles – the Bright and Morning Star – The Prince of Peace, the Prince of Life, the Holy One, the Just - and much, much more! The Son of man – the Seed of Abraham – The Lord of everything – Second Person of the Trinity – The Tabernacle of God – He is Everything – Everything we can ever imagine!

The Word of the Lord (see Genesis 15:1);
The Voice of the Lord (Genesis 3:8) - The Face of the Lord (Genesis 4:16)
The Name of the Lord (Genesis 4:26) - The Eyes of the Lord (Genesis 6:8)
The Garden of the Lord (Genesis 13:10) - The Angel of the Lord (Genesis 16:7)
The Way of the Lord (Genesis 18:19) - The Mount of the Lord (Genesis 22:14).

He is: “Elohim” - God our Creator and Ruler ~ This name for God is one of the “three” primary names for God: Elohim, Jehovah, and Adonia
The "Word of God" ~ From the Gospel of John ~ 1:1 ~ we find “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God,and the Word was God.” Jesus is called ~ the “Word of God.”

There’s More:

There does meet in Jesus Christ an infinite highness and infinite condescension. Christ, as He is God, is infinitely greater and higher above all. He is higher than the kings of the earth, for He is the King of kings, and the Lord of lords. He is higher than the heavens, and higher than the highest angels of Heaven. So great is He, that all men, all kings and princes, of this earth are as worms in the dust before Him. All nations are as a drop in the bucket compared to Him, yea, and angels themselves are as nothing before Him. He is so high, that He is infinitely above any need of ours, He is above our reach so that we cannot be profitable to Him, and above our conceptions that we cannot comprehend Him. Proverbs 30:4 says this: “What is His name, and what is His Son’s name, if thou can tell?” Our understandings, if we stretch them ever so far, they cannot reach up to His divine glory.

Jesus Christ is the Creator and the great Possessor of heaven and earth. He is Sovereign Lord of all of Creation. He rules over the entire universe. His knowledge is without bound. His wisdom is perfect, and is what none other can circumvent. His power is infinite, and none can resist Him. His riches are immense and inexhaustible. His majesty is infinite.

Think about how Jesus is right now - Crowned with honor and glory and authority and power and dominion and grace and mercy and good health with resources of every kind at His very disposal. He is the King of kings and the Lord of lords. He is the High Priest of our God. He knows everything and has perfect peace and joy and rest.

He is: Everlasting – Ever-Existent -Self-existent – Self-sufficient!
His credentials were and are impeccable. His life was sinless; His miracles authenticating; His teachings amazing. Men did and will continue to say this about Him:“Never man spoke like this Man” (from John 7:46).

HE is ~ GOD!!!!

HE is our Salvation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HE is ~ The Author and Finisher of our faith!!!!!!!!!

To be called a Christian is to be Christlike and to live in Christ.

Unto Him be the glory, dominion and power for ever and ever.
