OH - the miracles that have taken place to get Jeff Behringer-Jimmy Hall - John Douglas & Gene Pollic to Haiti.
#1) a few days after the earthquake happened - our February trip was cancelled - So Gene & Shelba applied for their passport renewals.
ON Jan 25 - no big rush we told them!
On the 31st - we received a phone call from a GO-Ministries pilot that had landed in Jeremie in a mission plane - he told me to call a man in the DR _ Santiago - I did - He told me to call the USA office about going there. We did on Feb 1 and found that we could go to Haiti thru Santiago and they would fly us into Haiti with 5000lbs of food and supplies - after a few days of getting the right people together - we were ready to GO.
----- Offerings had been taken up in advance (over $6,000) for the cost of doing this without anyone knowing this was about to take place - we needed $5650 for over $12,000 worth of food and supplies.
Another God thing!
OOPS! What about the passport for Gene? We called them and paid to have it expedited - BUT they could not promise us anything - they gave me a tracking # - once again - we asked God's warriors to pray. The next day - I e-mailed them - nothing - I called again - they told me that it was in process - BUT - no promises - Wednesday now the 3rd - I was on the phone with them at 11:AM - again - NO promises - I began begging for an answer - Sorry sir, we cannot give out any promises!
Just then while I was on the phone with them - the door bell rang - I carried the phone with me still begging them to send it -somehow and why I needed it. It was Fed-Ex - I opened the letter - there was my passport - I thanked the government official and said praise the Lord and told her it was up to Him when it would arrive. PRAISE THE LORD! - I yelled .
Since then I have received 2 e-mails telling me that it was still in processing and they could not give me any promises!!! - ????????

Then - Jeff Behringer and I both needed funding to pay for our tickets - I put out an e-mail - we had the money with a day and a half - another PTL! - two more from North Carolina were able to go with us - PTL!
ALSO - the warriors have provided additional funding for Yvrose and the children plus expenses.
God provided friends to take me to Greenwood - still need one to get me when I return - pray for that.

Gene goes to MFM HQ Monday afternoon -stays overnight - flies into Raleigh thru Chicago on Tuesday -arrive in Raleigh 5:35.
Jeff Behringer and I are attending a new Haitian church in Garner on Tuesday eve - we then meet up with Jimmy Hall and John Douglas Wednesday around noon - we fly thru Miami to Santiago DR - arriving at 9:35PM - the Go-Ministries are housing us for the night.
Sometime Thursday morning we fly to Jeremie Haiti on their mission plane.
We'll be in Jeremie around noon - Yvrose will have us picked up - we'll go direct to the orphanage to begin our mission there.
On the 16th -we return to Santiago -stay overnight - fly home the next day - I'll arrive in Ind'pls around 7:30PM and head home.
Please pray we'll be able to do all that God intends for us to do. For our safety. - for our schedules - for the planes, etc.
Satan would like to thwart this mission of mercy - please pray to have him bound away from all of us!
Pray for our families safety - no problems - nothing to go wrong!
